About the Mentor Program

The program is open to all members, regardless of experience level. Each mentorship runs for six months and is designed to foster thoughtful, goal-driven connections between mentors and mentees.

Participants are encouraged to meet for one hour per month, either virtually or in person. Mentors may support up to two mentees per year, allowing for meaningful engagement while balancing professional commitments.

Participation begins with completion of the Mentor Program Application Form, where members outline their goals as mentees or areas of expertise as mentors. The MRC team uses this information to thoughtfully match participants and support successful mentoring partnerships.

Program Schedule

The Mentor Program runs in two six-month cohorts each year:

  • January - July (apply by 15 November)
  • July - December (apply by 30 May)
